Shipping policy

  • Delivery area: Delivery is available in Canada, the United States and Europe and will be shipped with insurance coverage.
  • Customs fees and taxes: Customs fees and necessary taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping time: Jewelry making is by request only. There is therefore a production time of 3 to 4 weeks, not including delivery.
  • Shipping fees: Shipping costs are offered for all purchases in Canada and the United States. A fixed fee of $55 is payable for purchases in Europe.
  • Packaging: Each piece of jewelery is carefully packaged in a luxury suedette jewelery box decorated with our logo. It is then wrapped in tissue paper and placed in the delivery box with a velvet pouch to store your jewelry on the go.
